AxePrime USER AGREEMENT

This agreement contains the rules required for you to benefit from the services on our site. By registering on our site, you are deemed to have accepted, declared and undertaken that you have read, understood and approved the contents and terms of the user agreement.

1. Parties

This AxePrime User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "User Agreement"), which consists of this agreement and the documents referenced herein and forming an integral part of the agreement, is executed between AxePrime and the User registering on the Site, at the moment the User approves the agreement in the electronic environment where the relevant Site is located, for the purpose of the User's registration on the Site. All AxePrime users are deemed to have accepted the "User Agreement" published here. By registering on our Site, you are deemed to have accepted, declared and undertaken that you have read, understood and approved the contents and terms of the user agreement.

2. Definitions

AxePrime is a plugin for the game "Counter Strike Global Offensive / Counter Strike 2". In this agreement, the AxePrime program is briefly referred to as the "program", the Counter Strike 2 game is briefly referred to as the "game", and www.axeprimecs.com is referred to as the "site". The real or legal person who registers on the Site and benefits from the services offered on the Site under the conditions specified in this agreement is referred to as the "user".

3. Subject and Scope of the Agreement

The subject of the User Agreement is to determine the services offered on the Site, the conditions for benefiting from these Services, and the rights and obligations of the parties. The scope of the User Agreement covers this agreement and its annexes, as well as all notices, writings and statements made by AxePrime within the Site regarding the use, membership and Services. By accepting the terms of the User Agreement, the User is also deemed to have accepted any and all statements disclosed by AxePrime regarding the use, membership and Services within the Site. The User accepts, declares and undertakes to act in compliance with all matters stated in the said statements.

4. Membership and Conditions of Service Use

a) Membership is completed by submitting the required information to register on the Site through the relevant section of the Site by the person wishing to become a User, and by the approval of the registration process by AxePrime. The rights and authority to become a User as defined in this agreement cannot be obtained before the membership process is completed.

b) In order to register on the Site, the person must be of legal age and must not have been temporarily suspended from membership or permanently banned by AxePrime pursuant to article 5.2 of this agreement. If persons who are not of legal age or who have been temporarily suspended from membership or permanently banned by AxePrime pursuant to article 5.2 of this agreement complete the Site registration process, this will not result in them becoming a Site member.

5. Rights and Obligations

5.1. User's Rights and Obligations

a) The User accepts, declares and undertakes to act in compliance with all the terms set forth in the User Agreement, the rules specified in the relevant parts of the Site, and all applicable legislation in force while fulfilling the membership procedures, benefiting from the Site's Services and performing any transaction related to the Services on the Site, and to have understood and approved all the terms and rules mentioned above.

b) The User accepts, declares and undertakes that, in cases where it is alleged that the rights of other Users or third parties are violated pursuant to mandatory provisions of the legislation in force, AxePrime will be authorized to disclose its confidential/private/commercial information to official authorities and to rights holders, and that no compensation of any kind may be claimed from AxePrime on this account.

c) The security, storage, protection from the knowledge of third parties and use of the access tools (User name, password, etc.) used by Users to benefit from the Services offered by AxePrime are entirely the responsibility of the Users. AxePrime has no direct or indirect responsibility for any damage suffered or likely to be suffered by Users and/or third parties due to any negligence or fault of the Users regarding the security, protection from the knowledge of third parties or use of their login credentials.

d) Users accept, declare and undertake that the information and content provided by them within the Site is accurate and lawful. AxePrime is not obliged or responsible for investigating the accuracy of the information and content transmitted by Users to AxePrime or uploaded, modified or provided by them through the Site, nor for warranting or guaranteeing that such information and content is safe, accurate and lawful, and cannot be held liable for any damage arising from such information and content being incorrect or erroneous.

e) Users may not, in whole or in part, transfer their rights and obligations under the User Agreement to any third party without the written consent of AxePrime.

f) Those who benefit from the Services offered by AxePrime and use the Site may only carry out transactions on the Site for lawful purposes. The legal and criminal responsibility for every transaction and action performed by Users within the Site belongs to them. Each User accepts, declares and undertakes not to reproduce, copy, distribute, process, or directly or indirectly compete with AxePrime through these or other means, the images, texts, visual and audio images, video clips, files, databases, programs, software, source codes, catalogs and lists on the Site, in a way that would infringe the same or personal rights or assets of AxePrime and/or any other third party. AxePrime cannot be held directly or indirectly liable in any way for damages suffered or likely to be suffered by third parties due to the activities of Users on the site in violation of the terms of the User Agreement and/or the law. AxePrime reserves all rights to file lawsuits, complaints and recourse against those who act in violation of the above.

g) The program provided subject to the terms of this agreement is for your personal use only and is subject to a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license for the use of the services. The User agrees not to sublicense, rent, lend or otherwise transfer the Program or Service. The User further agrees not to modify or adapt the site content and the program, not to reverse engineer or derive the source code from the software, and not to use the Program or Service except as expressly provided in this agreement. Legal proceedings will be initiated against persons found to have committed the said violations. The producers, publishers and managers of the program do not accept any responsibility for any material or moral damage or loss arising from the measures taken to prevent improper use. The producers of the program reserve the right to make any necessary changes to these measures.

5.2. AxePrime's Rights and Obligations

a) AxePrime reserves the right to change the services and content offered on the Site at any time. AxePrime may exercise this right without any notice or prior warning.

b) AxePrime is not responsible for typographical errors in the prices of the products on the Site.

c) The products on AxePrime's site may be subject to instant changes. In such a case, the prices valid for the User are those at the moment the User writes the name of the product they wish to purchase or credits the product to their account through the site — not the price they saw on the site, the amount they paid us, or the payment notification they made.

d) AxePrime further reserves the right to edit/remove the products on the site. In such cases, users cannot claim any rights regarding the continuity of the services. AxePrime has no direct or indirect responsibility for any damage suffered or likely to be suffered by users as a result of such editing/removal. Any material and/or moral damages of the users will not be compensated.

e) AxePrime reserves the right to take the program or service out of use or service. In such cases, users cannot claim any rights regarding the continuity of the services. AxePrime has no direct or indirect responsibility for any damage suffered or likely to be suffered by users in such cases. Any material and/or moral damages of the users will not be compensated.

f) The producers, publishers and managers of the program do not accept any responsibility for any material or moral damage or loss that may occur during the installation and use of the program. No responsibility is accepted for any in-game or out-of-game losses that may arise from programming errors in the program. It is not guaranteed that the program will always work as expected and correctly. The publishers of the program are not responsible for any in-game gains or losses arising from this. While use continues, changes to the program or to the logic of the program may be made that may affect some positively and some negatively. Those who benefit or do not benefit from such changes cannot claim any rights. Changes that may occur during the updates of the game to which the program is attached may affect the operation of the program. The publishers of the program are not responsible for such changes. The publishers of the program are not responsible for any in-game gains or losses arising during the update of the program.

g) This program is intended to be used in offline games for you to train yourself in the aforementioned game and/or to test the features of the game. Using any game plugin in online games is strictly prohibited. Game users found by game publishers to be using any game plugin may have their accounts suspended or closed. The producers, publishers and managers of the program do not accept any responsibility for any material or moral loss that may arise from this situation.

ğ) The publishers of the program strive to keep the program ready for use at all times. However, in some technical issues or technical issues related to the network infrastructure providers, the servers and the program may go offline. In such cases, users cannot claim any rights regarding the continuity of the services. The publishers of the program do not accept any responsibility for errors (bugs) arising from the program. Any material and/or moral damages of the users will not be compensated.

ı) The site administration may delete a user's account at any moment when it observes any behavior in violation of the laws or the program rules, or without any reason. The fact that services associated with the program have been purchased does not change this. The services will become unusable in such a case.

i) Exploiting bugs in the software to obtain unfair gains may result in the account of the person exploiting the bug being closed. The account of the person who first discovers the bug and, instead of exploiting it, follows the relevant contact steps to report it to the administration will not be closed. If the bug is a serious one (a non-working button is not a serious bug), the person who reports it may be rewarded in a manner deemed appropriate by the administration.

j) Persons who, by using the same or a similar username as one of the site management members, mislead other users and act in a way that may cause material or moral damage to the administration or individuals will have their primary account and any accounts used for this purpose closed.

k) The producers, publishers and managers of the program do not accept any responsibility for any material and/or moral damages arising from the use of this program and website.

l) AxePrime may provide support or forum services to users. These services are subject to rules. In the event of the rule violations listed below, the penalties determined by the site administration will apply;

• Making real-life threats.
• Using a rude or slang tone.
• Insulting or humiliating others.
• Swearing.
• Advertising.
• Selling an account or buying an account.
• Transferring an account or taking over an account.
• Provoking users against the administration, claiming that the site administration is biased.
• Hacking accounts.
• Sharing personal information (skype/mail/chat, etc.) of other players.
• Sharing personal information (skype/mail/chat, etc.) of oneself.
• Impersonating or acting as an admin or member of the management.
• Flooding or writing meaningless characters.
• Racism, separatism, engaging in politics.
• Writing pornographic content.

m) AxePrime may make changes to the user agreement. These changes will be notified to the users when they log in to the site.

n) The user must enter the information requested by the payment system accurately when making a payment. Otherwise, AxePrime is not responsible for any problems that may arise.

o) AxePrime is not responsible for any delays, delivery issues, partial deliveries, etc. in the commendation and report bot services offered on the AxePrime site. AxePrime is not responsible for commendations disappearing, being lost, or not being visible at a later date. There is no guarantee that the person targeted in the report bot service will be 100% banned; the customer must make the purchase with this knowledge.

ö) After using the program, the user may experience login/access issues on other sites. The user may be unable to log in to any website in the same industry. Every user who has registered on the AxePrime site or used the program is deemed to have accepted this.

p) Due to the code and plugins contained within the program, it may be detected as a virus by various security programs (antivirus programs, etc.). Every user who has registered on the AxePrime site or used the program is deemed to have accepted this.

r) The program makes various changes to the user's computer. Every user who has registered on the AxePrime site or used the program is deemed to have accepted this.

s) Users are responsible for ensuring the security of the game accounts they have purchased on the site. AxePrime cannot be held responsible in any way for possible issues related to account security. AxePrime reserves the right to remove, edit or delete a game account or game account listing without notice.

t) By using our services, users are deemed to have accepted the risks and consequences of the services they have purchased. Possible delays, insufficient results and price differences in cases such as incorrect information or lack of details provided by AxePrime at the time of purchase are the responsibility of the users.

u) If the purchased game account cannot be delivered, is partially delivered, or any problem arises with the account after the payment, AxePrime cannot be held responsible in any way.

ü) Users using the program accept that the data of their computers (IP address, hard disk ID, etc.) may be stored in the site database. All users accept, declare and undertake, by registering on the site, that the computer data of users (IP address, hard disk ID, etc.) may be transmitted to the site during or after the use of the program.

v) It is not possible to delete or freeze the membership data of users who have registered on the site, nor to delete or freeze their membership. By registering on the site, all users accept, declare and undertake this article.

6. Product Cancellation and Refund Conditions

a) Under the Turkish Republic's Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works, the regulation does not grant a right of withdrawal to services that are performed instantly. For example, in the case of software and programs downloaded and used instantly, instantly downloadable music or videos, products specially prepared on order, goods that may exceed their expiration date, cassettes, CDs and similar data storage devices whose packaging has been opened, and e-newspapers and e-books being sent, the consumer may not in any way exercise the right of withdrawal, return the product and request a refund.

b) It is not possible to refund or cancel balance top-ups made by the user. AxePrime cannot be held responsible in any way, directly or indirectly, for such problems. In addition, these balance top-ups must be used by the user within a maximum of 1 month. AxePrime cannot be held responsible in any way, directly or indirectly, for unused balances. Any material and/or moral damages of the users will not be compensated.

7. Our Privacy Policy

a) AxePrime does not sell, rent out, or in any way allow third parties to use the personal data (your e-mail address, date of birth, etc.) provided by site visitors through the forms on the site. Only authorized site management can access personal information. The management may use this information for the following purposes: To send you press releases or notifications by e-mail, to deliver the services and/or programs you have purchased. The management uses statistical information (browser type, browser capabilities, geographical location, age, gender, etc.) without disclosing personal identities to improve the website and generally learn more about its users. This information is not disclosed to third parties. Personal information may be disclosed to official authorities or government agencies with legal authority, as required by law.

8. Other Provisions

8.1. Intellectual Property Rights

a) All elements of the Site (including but not limited to the program, design, text, image, html code and other codes) (AxePrime's copyrighted works) are owned by AxePrime and/or used under a license obtained by AxePrime from a third party. Users may not resell, share, distribute, display, reproduce, or create or prepare derivative works of AxePrime's information and AxePrime's copyrighted works, or allow others to access or use AxePrime's Services; otherwise, they will be responsible for compensating the amount of compensation claimed from AxePrime for the damages suffered by third parties (including but not limited to licensors) and for meeting all other obligations, including but not limited to court costs and attorney fees.

b) All rights of AxePrime to its assets, real and personal rights, commercial information and Know-How, including all material and intellectual property rights owned through AxePrime's information, AxePrime's copyrighted works, AxePrime's trademarks, AxePrime's trade dress, or the Site, are reserved.

8.2. Amendments to the Agreement

AxePrime may, at its sole discretion and unilaterally, amend this User Agreement at any time it deems appropriate, by publishing it on the Site. The amended provisions of this User Agreement will become effective on the date they are published; the remaining provisions will remain in force and continue to produce their effects. This User Agreement cannot be amended by unilateral declarations of the User.

8.3. Force Majeure

In all cases legally considered as 'force majeure', AxePrime is not liable for late, partial or non-performance of any of its obligations set out in this User Agreement. Such situations will not be deemed as delay, partial or non-performance, or default on the part of AxePrime, and no compensation of any kind may be claimed from AxePrime for such situations. The term "force majeure" will be interpreted as events beyond the reasonable control of the relevant party that could not be prevented despite the exercise of due care, including but not limited to natural disasters, insurrections, war, strikes, communication problems, infrastructure and internet outages, power cuts and adverse weather conditions.

8.4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Turkish Law will apply to the execution and interpretation of this User Agreement and to the management of legal relations arising within the scope of its provisions. Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized to resolve any and all disputes arising or likely to arise from this User Agreement.

8.5. Termination of the Agreement

This User Agreement will remain in force and continue to produce effects between the parties as long as the User is a member of the Site, and will be deemed terminated upon the expiration of the User's membership or the temporary or permanent suspension of their membership.
AxePrime may unilaterally terminate the agreement if Users violate this User Agreement and/or similar rules regarding the use, membership and Services on the Site, and in particular in the cases listed below, and Users will be obliged to compensate AxePrime for all damages suffered as a result of the termination:
a) The User engages in any behavior that harms the operation of the Site by any means,
b) The User allows another person to use the membership account created for them,
c) The User commits acts that infringe or are likely to infringe the rights of third parties.

9. PRIVACY PRINCIPLES AND POLICY

Our privacy policy is included in our user agreement.

10. SERVICE AGREEMENT

Our Service Agreement is included in our User Agreement.

11. TERMS OF SERVICE

Our Terms of Service are specified in our User Agreement.

12. REFUND AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

Our refund and cancellation conditions are specified in our User Agreement.
