Which channel should you use?

Picking the right channel for your issue noticeably shortens the response time. The breakdown below shows how our support team prioritises incoming requests.

Discord — live technical support

If the loader will not start, the menu does not appear, or an in-game feature behaves unexpectedly, Discord is the fastest route. Support staff and the community share the same channel, so most issues are resolved on the first message. Attaching a screenshot or a short clip speeds up diagnosis.

Panel ticket — account and subscription

Payments, subscription length, HWID resets and account access have to be tied to your account. When you open these from the panel we can see them together with your history; on Discord the identity check makes the process slower.

Email — official, business and partnerships

Invoice requests, corporate purchases, reseller applications, press and partnership proposals belong in email. Anything that needs a written record should go through this channel.

Response times

Discord support is open 24/7 and the average response time during busy hours is a few minutes. Panel tickets are handled in order and usually close the same day. Emails are answered within 24 hours on business days. All channels get busier right after a major CS2 update; during those periods you can follow the current status on the changelog.

Frequently asked

Do I need a subscription to open a support request?

No. You can ask pre-purchase questions on Discord without subscribing. You only need to be signed in for account, payment and subscription matters.

What should I include when reporting a problem?

Your Windows version, the full error message or a screenshot, when the problem started, and what you were doing at the time. Those four details are usually enough to resolve it in a single round.

What should I do if the software stops working after a CS2 update?

When Valve ships an update the software can go offline briefly. You do not need to open a ticket: following the changelog page and the Discord announcement channel is enough.
