What it does and what it does not

The CS2 Skin Changer changes how your game client draws weapons. The skin you pick is visible on any client running the software: yours, and those of other AxePrime users in the same match.

This distinction needs saying plainly, because it is the thing people most often get wrong:

• Nothing is added to your Steam inventory, and nothing is removed from it.
• Players who do not use AxePrime see your default skin.
• Players in the same match who do use AxePrime see the skins you picked — if you play with a friend, you both see each other's collection.
• The skins cannot be traded, swapped or sold.
• The data sent to the server does not change; the skin is drawn on the client only.

A skin changer is a visual layer, not an economic instrument. You can carry a knife you do not own into a match, but that knife never becomes a sellable asset.

What is float value?

Float is a number between 0.00 and 1.00 that expresses how worn a skin is. The lower the number, the cleaner the skin looks:

• 0.00 - 0.07 · Factory New — no scratches
• 0.07 - 0.15 · Minimal Wear — very light wear
• 0.15 - 0.38 · Field-Tested — visible signs of use
• 0.38 - 0.45 · Well-Worn
• 0.45 - 1.00 · Battle-Scarred — heavily worn

In AxePrime you set the float freely. A 0.00 float AK-47 Redline or a low-float AWP Dragon Lore is one slider away. Float ranges that command high prices on the real market cost nothing extra here.

What are pattern and seed?

Some skins have a second variable that decides their appearance: the pattern index, commonly called the seed. It is why the same skin at the same float can look completely different.

• Case Hardened — the amount of blue on the surface depends on the seed. The patterns collectors call "Blue Gem" only appear on specific seed numbers.
• Fade — the fade percentage varies with the seed; 100% fade is the most sought-after.
• Marble Fade — the "Fire and Ice" pattern exists only on a handful of seeds.
• Doppler — the distribution of Ruby, Sapphire and Black Pearl phases is decided by the seed.

Type the seed number directly and you get the pattern instantly. A combination people hunt for months on the market is as far away as the number you type into one field.

Supported content

Every weapon, every knife and every glove in the game is supported. Agent models, stickers and StatTrak counters can be changed as well.

When Valve releases a new collection or operation, the new skins are added immediately; you do not wait for a separate update and you do not pay extra. There is no need to ask whether a given skin is included — if it exists in the game, it exists in AxePrime.

Ban risk

A skin changer does not touch game logic the way an aimbot or ESP does; it only changes the visual layer on the client. Because the data sent to the server is unchanged, it gives no competitive advantage and does not change how the match plays out.

The skin changer is VAC-protected, and to date there has been no VAC ban caused by the AxePrime skin changer. We keep the software out of the VAC signature pool and update it within 30-45 minutes on average after every Valve patch.

How to use it

Setup and first use take a few minutes:

• Buy the package and download the loader from your panel.
• Sign in with your account, then start CS2.
• Open the in-game menu; pick the weapon and the skin you want to apply.
• Set the float and seed values however you like.
• Your settings are saved to your profile; you do not need to re-enter them next session.

There is no inventory to manage, no trade to wait for and no market price to track.
