Detection and ban status

AxePrime's CS2 software is protected against VAC, and to date there has not been a single VAC-related ban. VAC works by scanning game files for known signatures; the private builds we use are not in that signature pool, and we rebuild that protection after every Valve patch.

VAC Live is a different mechanism. It observes player behaviour in real time during Premier and competitive matches, and what matters there is not the software but how you play. A player who reflex-shoots through walls, moves the crosshair in non-human ways or constantly pre-fires will be reported and reviewed regardless of which software they use.

So our advice is direct: keep aimbot smoothing high and FOV narrow, and use ESP information to make decisions rather than to react automatically. Playing legit is the only real layer of protection in this space.

What happens when Valve ships a patch?

When Valve updates CS2, the memory layout of the game client changes and the current build stops working. This is true for every provider; the difference is how fast it comes back up.

At AxePrime that takes 30-45 minutes on average. The moment a patch goes live the loader will not start the software, so it is not possible to enter a match with an outdated build and take the risk. Once the update is ready you simply reopen the loader; nothing else is required.

If you want to see what we do on patch days, our changelog is public: every release is logged with its date, what was fixed and what was added.

Refund terms

If the software does not run on your computer, we refund you unconditionally.

There is one condition: the software failing to run on your system. We do not ask how long you have used it and we do not count days. We first try to solve the problem together with support; if it cannot be solved, you get the full amount back.

To request a refund, open a support ticket from your panel. You can also reach us on Discord, but we recommend a ticket so the request is on record.

Support and subscription freezing

Live support runs 24/7 through the website and Discord.

You can freeze your subscription: it requires a support ticket, and the freeze can be used once per month. While frozen, your remaining days do not count down and your account waits where it is; when you unfreeze, you continue from where you left off.

This is not only for technical interruptions — it also covers holidays, exam periods, a hardware change, or any other time you will be away from the game.

System requirements and HWID

AxePrime runs on Windows 10 and Windows 11, version 24H2 and later. After purchase you download the loader from your panel, sign in with your account and start using it. There is no extra installation, compilation or configuration step.

On first sign-in the loader records your hardware — graphics card, processor and TPM. This is called HWID, and its only purpose is to stop one account being shared between several people. As long as you use your own computer you will never notice it.

If you change hardware or buy a new computer, the HWID can be reset. Open a support ticket on the website or through Discord and your record is cleared, so you can sign in on the new system. There is no extra charge and your subscription is unaffected.
